Choosing the Right Test For Your Needs

Choosing the right test is important. You want a test that delivers the information you need for your particualr situation. Follow the steps on the “Howtest” page to learn how to pick the right test for you. Once you know what kind of test you need, you need to pick the right one. Fortunately, here at ROI Assessments, we have done the hardest part of the work for you. We have available several hundred different tests for a wide variety of uses. Once you have decided you want to use tests, we can work with you to narrow down the choices so that you have the best possible instrument for your needs.

Below we have catagorized and listed many, but not all, of the tests we have avaiable so you can see the breadth of what you have to choose from. The tests are grouped according to how they are likely to be used. Some tests have multiple uses in that they can be used for pre-employment selection or for individual development, so any repeated tests are there for a reason.
